won't bore you with the details. However, we are a clearance outlet,
not a retail store, so there are some simple rules we would like our
buyers to know:
a)Items are sold as is and may or may not have some imperfections. We can assure our products are serviceable, however, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all items are available for your scrutiny!
We will go out of our way to point out any flaws we know of. However,
please ensure you are happy with your item prior to purchase and that you have measured to ensure it fits, as we do
not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
b) Internet or phone purchases: We can offer advice and information about specific items over the phone or email, however, purchases made without personal inspection are entirely at the buyer's risk. Factors such as colour, texture, comfort and small flaws are not always evident from a photograph and are subject to personal opinion. While we will endeavour to describe all of the above, we will not accept return or exchange if the item does not meet the buyer's personal expectations. A minimun deposit of $100 per item is required for phone or internet orders.
c) Our sales are popular. We serve on a first in; best dressed basis. To make your intention to purchase an item known, please stay with your chosen item and wait for one of our sales staff.
To ensure fairness, we do not hold / reserve items or consider them to be sold until a deposit is received.
We ask that customers conduct themselves in an orderly manner.
We are a clearance outlet and cannot hold or store items. All
purchases must be paid for and collected within 7 days of purchase. A
storage fee of $20 per day will apply to items not collected within 7
days. Items not collected within 14 days will be resold and buyers
deposit will be forfeited.
e) Unless otherwise stated, cushions and decorative items featured in our displays and images are not included.
f) Prices and descriptions of our items for sale are manually entered and are therefore subject to the occasional human error. It's rare, but should it ever occur, we apologise in advance and reserve the right to correct the price.

Limited wheelchair access can be arranged, please contact us prior to visiting our warehouse. Pram access is not available, however, pram parking is available at the door.
As a courtesy to other customers, please:
- do not sit on / touch sold furniture
- have friends or family members try to hold several pieces in order to prevent other interested parties from purchasing. After a reasonable amount of time, they will be asked to move on. We have had to instigate this rule due to previous unfair behaviour.
Don't worry, on sale days, we allow entry only in small groups, in order to ensure you do have time choose. If you are undecided in that time, you are still able to buy, but others will also be given the opportunity to choose from whatever is unsold when their group enters.
