Clearance Sales
Furnishing your home beautifully, need not cost a fortune.

We open our warehouse to the public 1 or 2 weekends a month to offer amazing deals on a range of furniture items. 

We stock new, used, ex hire, ex display and  factory seconds.  We choose modern and appealing pieces for our sale, from basic options to the very high end of the market.

Prices start from as little as $5.

Sale days are popular and we recommend you get in  early to avoid disappointment.  However, we always ensure there is plenty of stock available

Pictures of available items will be available for viewing in our photo gallery on the morning of the sale.

Items not sold by the end of a sale will be available for viewing and purchase by appointment only.  See the gallery page for this week's viewing times.

How our Sales Work

WE OPERATE AS A CLEARANCE OUTLET, NOT A RETAIL STORE, THEREFORE, PLEASE ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:


Our sales are conducted on a 'first in, best dressed' basis, it is not an auction.  We only open to the public when we have an abundance of stock to clear.  

We sell ex demo, ex rental, discontinued items, excess orders, seconds, used and vintage pieces, therefore all items are 
 SOLD AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY. PLEASE MAKE DOUBLY SURE IT WILL FIT IN YOUR SPACE AND YOU ARE 100% COMMITTED TO YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE BUYING.  WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND.


We do not sell sale items before the advertised start time.  This is to ensure that all advertised stock is available to purchase on the day.

Once the sale commences, customers will be admitted in small groups.  Choose your item and have a staff member write up your order. Although there is usually a crowd on our sale days, the queue flows very quickly and we usually have all customers served within 1 hour.

Once you have selected an item, a $50, non refundable deposit per item (under $1000, $100 for items $1000 or more) is required to secure your purchase.  For the deposit, cash is recommended to avoid queues and reduce waiting time.

PHONE AND EMAIL ORDERS ARE WELCOME!   We accept them after we have served customers on site.  Usually about one hour after the sale start time.   

Stock not sold at our clearance sale will be available for viewing by appointment on the days immediately following the sale.  We update our catalogue on the first business day after the sale.  Unsold items will be marked as 'still available' in their description.

Terms & Conditions

We won't bore you with the details.  However, we are a clearance outlet, not a retail store, so there are some simple rules we would like our buyers to know:
 
a)Items are sold as is and may or may not have some imperfections.  We can assure our products are serviceable, however, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all items are available for your scrutiny! We will go out of our way to point out any flaws we know of.  However, please ensure you are happy with your item prior to purchase and that you have measured to ensure it fits, as we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.

b) Internet or phone purchases:  We can offer advice and information about specific items over the phone or email, however, purchases made without personal inspection are entirely at the buyer's risk.  Factors such as colour, texture, comfort and small flaws are not always evident from a photograph and are subject to personal opinion.  While we will endeavour to describe all of the above, we will not accept return or exchange  if the item does not meet the buyer's personal expectations.   A minimun deposit of $100 per item is required for phone or internet orders.

c) Our sales are popular.  We serve on a first in; best dressed basis.  To make your intention to purchase an item known, please stay with your chosen item and wait for one of our sales staff.  

To ensure fairness, we do not hold / reserve items or consider them to be sold until a deposit is received. 

We ask that customers conduct themselves in an orderly manner.   

d) We are a clearance outlet and cannot hold or store items.  All purchases must be paid for and collected within 7 days of purchase.  A storage fee of $20 per day will apply to items not collected within 7 days.  Items not collected within 14 days will be resold and buyers deposit will be forfeited.

e) Unless otherwise stated, cushions and decorative items featured in our displays and images are not included.

f) Prices and descriptions of our items for sale are manually entered and are therefore subject to the occasional human error.  It's rare, but should it ever occur, we apologise in advance and reserve the right to correct the price.
 

House Rules

No food
No drinks
No pets
No feet on furniture
No children jumping or standing on furniture

Limited wheelchair access can be arranged, please contact us prior to visiting our warehouse. Pram access is not available, however, pram parking is available at the door.

As a courtesy to other customers, please:

- do not sit on / touch sold furniture 

- have friends or family members try to hold several pieces in order to prevent other interested parties from purchasing.  After a reasonable amount of time, they will be asked to move on.  We have had to instigate this rule due to previous unfair behaviour.

Don't worry, on sale days, we allow entry only in small groups, in order to ensure you do have time choose.  If you are undecided in that time, you are still able to buy, but others will also be given the opportunity to choose from whatever is unsold when their group enters.
